A Message from the CEO
Welcome to the SkyVision newsletter and to yet another exciting quarter!
As many of our customers are already aware, SkyVision’s efficient, flexible customer service and local support is as always, a top priority. In order to support and strengthen that promise, we have made several organizational changes this quarter. Changes include: consolidated departments and newly recruited local sales teams in Nigeria, East Africa and DRC, each of them supporting our vision to bring a more localized approach to our markets.
Lastly, at SkyVision, our dedication to a high level of customer satisfaction has driven us to actively monitor the level of service that we offer to our customers. As such, we have been carrying out annual surveys, each of them designed to measure a wide range of crucial service parameters. I am delighted to say that the results, which you will see as you continue to read this newsletter, speak for themselves.
With this quarter seeing SkyVision closer to its customers and its strategy than ever before, I personally feel we are in perfect alignment for the months ahead and I look forward to all that the next quarter will bring.
